Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time We deliver within 8–11 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location within South Africa.

Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.

Order Confirmation Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. A second email will be sent when your order has been dispatched.

Delays While we do our best to meet all delivery timeframes, Zavilo is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Zavilo is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
